Every gamer needs a setup whether is a PC, PS4 or Xbox setup..every gamer needs a setup.
Most PC setups consist of a mouse, keyboard, monitor, and the actual PC itself. If you’re making a budget PC setup all you really need is a console of some sort, a monitor and a keyboard and mouse.
For a console setup I would recommend a desk, monitor/television and the controller and console itself.
For mobile or any other portable device you don’t really need a setup.

There are lots of different parts that go into a PC like RAM, graphics card, motherboard, coolers, case etc. so there isn’t 1 specific spec i would recommend because you need other parts to go with it.
